THE DANIEL PLAN

A Six Week Study

God designed us to be healthy. Yet, how do we make choices to support and protect our health?  The Daniel Plan is a six week, video based Bible study and discussion group aimed at helping participants deepen their relationship with God while working toward healthy choices.  The Daniel Plan will be offered twice a week; you can choose to come on Tuesdays, 2 to 3 p.m., beginning on April 7. Or you can choose to attend on Sundays, 9:30 to 10:20, beginning on April 12.  Between meetings, there is a workbook and study guide that provides information and encouragement.  Workbooks are $10.49 each.   The topic for week one is: Faith, Nurturing Your Soul.  Week 2 focuses on Food: Enjoying God’s Abundance.  The topic for week 3 is: Fitness: Strengthening Your Body while week 4 looks at Focus: Renewing Your Mind.  Week 5 is about Friends: Encouraging Each other.  The topic for week 6 is Living the Lifestyle.  You are invited to join in this important study!  If you have any questions, please call the church office at 734-1614.
