Come and join us for our TAI CHI CLASS

An evidenced based program for folks 60 and older.

This low intensity program designed to help participants improve movement, balance, strength and flexibility.

Program participants will also experience an increase in relaxation as well as a decrease in pain and the possibility of falling.

Each class will include a series of warm-up exercises, and very basic flowing, low-impact tai chi movements that can be adapted to any fitness level.
